1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cricxi platform and all associated services. By accessing the cricxi website, opening an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

cricxi is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. We offer slots, casino games, sports betting, and other gaming options. In these Terms, "we", "our", or "cricxi" refers to the cricxi platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any individual or member who uses this platform.

These Terms are written in English. If any linguistic ambiguity arises, the English version shall be considered final and binding.

2 Membership and Registration

To open an account and use services on cricxi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended or terminated.
• If any of your personal details change, you must notify us immediately.
• You must manage the account for yourself; managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

cricxi has the right to request additional documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or other documents) for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
• Be careful about saving account details on your device or browser.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, unless it is proven that the activity occurred without your knowledge and you notified us in a timely manner.

cricxi will never ask for your password or full banking details by email, SMS, or phone. Be cautious if you receive any such request.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on cricxi:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. They may not be used for money laundering or any illegal activity.

Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal processing. cricxi reserves the right to place any transaction on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cricxi offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when using them:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• cricxi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Upon reaching the highest tier, a weekly cashback of up to 1.2% applies.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on cricxi are operated by third-party game providers and independently tested. The following rules must be followed when gaming:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
• The result of any game that occurs due to a technical error may be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the game server data.
• All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be manipulated by any individual.
• In the event of any dispute, the game log data will be considered final evidence.

Gaming activity is monitored. If unusual betting patterns or any fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be brought under investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricxi platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the bonus system or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorized technology.
• Collecting or using other users' account information.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players in gaming activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Assisting anyone under 21 years of age to manage an account.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

cricxi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• If evidence of providing false information is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• In accordance with directives from legal authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat. Valid balances may be withdrawn before account closure, but any portion related to unfulfilled bonus conditions will be cancelled.

11 Age Verification and Responsible Gaming

cricxi strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
